Yep, it looks like summer is definitely over. So it's time to start thinking about wooly blankets, hot chocolate (or something stronger), halloween and Guy Fawkes, and of course, that all important Christmas Dinner down at the Woodmans Arms!
Christmas 2026
Important Details
Booking a table 15 and under: for tables of 16 persons and under – we will require a deposit and a filled out pre order form to book the date and time you require. We will not be booking tables for the date and time you would like without this.
Larger party bookings for tables of 16 and above: please email us at reservations@woodmansarms.co.uk with your estimated party size, date, time and with a contact number and we shall ring you to discuss your booking – tables for 16 and over, we do require the pre order form and deposit at least 2 weeks before your desired date.
Deposits: Deposits are refundable up until 7 days prior to your booking. We only accept cash or card payments – we regret to inform we will not be able to take payment via cheque. For tables of 16 and over, the deposit is refundable up until 14 days prior to your booking.
Ordering Your Christmas Meal
To pre order your Christmas meal – you can either pop into the pub and grab yourself a pre-order form, take it away, fill it out and return back to the pub with the deposit to secure the date and time you need. This will need to be done at least 7 days before the date and time you require – alternatively if you are a bit more technically minded, you can press the link on our webpage for a PDF menu and PDF pre-order form which will download to your computer, print it out, fill it out with your parties choices, and email it back by scanning it back into your computer and attaching it to an email over to us at reservations@woodmansarms.co.uk (once receiving your email, we shall call you for a card payment over the phone) or pop into the pub with your filled out pre order form with the deposit and the date and time you are looking for.

In order to ensure the best possible experience for our customers, Christmas Dinner at The Woodmans Arms is only available by pre-order.

Christmas Dinner will be available from 23th November to 23rd December (except Sundays, and not Christmas Eve or Christmas Day).
