If you are looking at planning a special event such as a wedding reception or a big anniversary and would like us to devise a custom menu for your day of celebration, then please enquire at info@woodmansarms.co.uk and we'll see what we can put together to delight you!Important Information
Seating Areas
We have two areas available – our snug area (ideal for 15 to 30people) and our restaurant (ideal for 31 to 60 people) A 2-hour rental of an area is included within the price of menu 1, 2 & 3. Extra time can be added depending on availability for £80 per hour.Large Parties
Both the snug and restaurant areas are available to rent together for large parties (80 to 120 people and with with Buffet Menu 2 or 3). A 3-hour rental of the area is included in the price of menu 3, however extra time can be added at £150 per hour depending on other bookings and service times (can include pub garden in dry conditions).Payment
A 50% deposit is required before the booking is confirmed. Balance to be paid on the day – cash or card only. Cheques are not accepted and we cannot take solicitor payments (wakes) at a later date.Wakes
If you have any pictures you would like to set up before hand or a table reserving for mementos/flowers when arriving for the event then please let us know when making your booking and we will make all the necessary arrangements to meet your requirements. If you require music we have a Spotify account available. If you have a playlist you can send it to info@woodmansarms.co.uk or you can let us know a few favourite artists or songs and we can put a list together to play when you and your guests arrive. Birthday Parties
Party decorations can be set up for your event however any type of confetti, party poppers, silly string or anything else that could deface the pub decor and furnishings are not permitted. Corkage fees may apply if you bring your own celebration drink (Champagne) – please enquire when making a booking.The Start of 2026
